"Staff was friendly and nice. Just two issues, elevator times were extremely slow at times and crowded due to how long they took. Other issue was cleanliness, when we arrived to our room we found a key card in the couch cushion when we sat down and the dirty windows ruined our view."

"Loved our large corner room overlooking Broadway with breakfast vouchers for the amazing bakery off the lobby. Well-appointed, clean and surprisingly quiet room except for (very limited) work on a nearby room. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The neighborhood is a great balance of charming restaurants, amazing food markets and shops. Close to Central Park and Natural History Museum. Felt like living in NYC for a weekend!"

"Only 1 outlet worked. Luckily my laptop cord reached the bed all the way from the bathroom. The safe is literally level with the floor. Not usable when you’re in town for back surgery. The computer in the lobby for printing didn’t work. One of the elevators was usually out of service which meant long lines. Not sure that I will return."

"First impressions last a lifetime. We arrived early because we had been travelling for 2 days to get there. The front desk agent gave us a parking pass and told us we could park early. While sitting in the car waiting, he came out and offered us breakfast and a warm place to sit while we waited. The next day we had to go to 770 7th street but didn’t know how to get there. A cab was going to cost us $152. Denise in the cafeteria showed us how to use the app for the Subway and even gave us pointers. We made it safe and sound. Excellent customer service. Will totally be back!!"

"The room was very dusty, no water in the bathroom. My guess couldn’t even take a shower. The fridge didn’t work. It was a very awful experience. That room was not appropriate to have any guests. "
