Upon entrance to the hotel we immediately noticed how beautiful it was. Very clean, nicely decorated. Staff was lovely to deal with. Terrible 0 out of 100. They kept mt deposit cause they smelt cigarette smoke in my room. I went outside all the time, yeah my clothes might of brought in the smell but i didnt smoke in the room grrrrr
