The staff was wonderful but that did not change the fact that it was to hot, not clean enough, the kid bed was from very low quality.

That was terrible experience stay at this hotel. The staff unfriendly at all. Hotel entrance door closes at 11pm. Inside the room broken shower, TV not working, properly dirty. In 5 days no one clean my room and not changed towels. Not recommended that hotel.

Booked this hotel as no alternative accommodation available. At £170 per night the value for money was appalling. Advertised as having a restaurant but upon arrival was informed the restaurant closed 2 years ago!!! No air conditioning except a stand up fan. No waste bin. Bottle of water in room but seal was broken and cap open so didn’t use.

Positive: - Working wifi, at least sufficient for streaming movies/videos - Close to the airport (8 minute drive och 30 minute walk) - Negative: - Got a room in the basement, with only a tiny blurred-tinted roof/wall window that you couldn’t see through. - Room quality was quite poor. Old carpet in the entire room with a lot of stains on it, probably not changed the last decade. - Long check-in time (around 30 minutes due to problem with their booking system). - Electricity outlets only worked on one side of the bed (rest were broken). Neutral: - Ok breakfast. Don’t expect a full buffet. But if you’re pleased with some bread and ham/cheese, coffee, juice and some basic fruits you should be okay. Not a lot of warm options. - Sound isolation was decent. If people were talking in the hallway you could hear them clearly but it was mostly quiet. Summary: If you’re only staying 1 night and want to prioritize the close location to the airport this is a decent option if you get a good price. If there are other options offering a better or similar price I would consider alternatives. Not good, not horrible.
