「Premises would be best described as Runmere MOTEL. The accommodation block is detatched and across the car park from main reception area. OK if you like US style Motel accommodation, I personally din't and would not have booked if I had been aware of this. Rooms are very basic, but adequate. Location is two minutes away from Railway station so very good for transport links. Staff were very friendly, accommodating, polite and attentive. 「The hotel lobby and the room I stayed in had been recently refurbished. Other areas of the building were tired and not to the same standard. The tap water in the room ran yellow for a while and the shower didn't drain. The hotel is under refurbishment so hopefully when it's complete the experience will be consistent throughout. On a whole, it was good value for money but not as modern/fancy as the pictures portray.」

「这个酒店是带spa的度假型酒店，有游泳池、spa和很大的健身房，很适合休闲度假。我们预订的家庭房挺不错，预订时还以为只是一个大房间里加了沙发床，结果房间里还隔出了单独的小卧室，只是小卧室偏小了一些，刚好放下两个单人床，但客厅相对较大，且客厅中的沙发床很大，总体适合一家3-4口度假居住。略有不足是酒店不在切斯特市中心，而是在市郊大约10分钟车程的位置，总体还算方便，性价比较高。」

「Viktor was welcoming & so very helpful. The location is walking distance to everything fun, like the World of Glass Museum & the Transportation museum. And not far from lovely strolls along the canal. Stellar place to stay. The room had a microwave, an electric kettle and a clothes stand to hang my clothes. Also one large chest of drawers as well as a small chest of drawers and a lovely mirror. Well recommended!」

「Nice location. Everything fine. Nice to have 2 chairs in a double room, often other places only provide 1. I have no problems with anything here, but if you're looking for points for improving ratings, I'd say TV could have been bigger (couldn't really watch it from the bed in room 6), and it would have been nice to be able to help yourself to breakfast items like cereals, milk, juice.」
