「Stayed here for a week for a late March ski holiday . The hotel is very comfortable and spacious. staff is very friendly and helpful . The small downside is the service and food options were limited maybe due to towards the end of season . But overall enjoy the staying a lot .」

「Got to the place pretty late and was expecting to just ramen in myself but I was welcomed by Mike at the parking lot to pick my luggage to my room! Thankful to have Leo and Mike to cook BBQ for me! 「酒店負責人並不幫忙，不懂英語，連簡單請他代叫的士，他都沒有應承，問他有關穿梭巴士安排，他只給時間表，再多一句解說也沒有，酒店的房間是很細小，兩個人住面積大概是四張榻榻米的面積，浴室廁所是公用的，極為罕有的痞廁，廁所格細到連開門轉身都有困難，廁所的清潔亦欠佳，附近沒有食店，只能夠徒步10分鐘去便利店買杯麵。」

「Lovely trip to Hakuba with the family staying at the footstep of the Iwatake slopes. The snow was on and my family and I had a great time. The cottage is lovely, something you would imagine staying at in the snow or by a lake. Has everything you need in it, from the kitchen to the bathroom. Heating was amazing, and the place was so cozy. Only downfall was the standup piano and my daughter thinking she was John Legend so having to listen to that all night did my head in.
