"Wonderful stay! Only issue I had was finding the location. Google Maps brought us to another location but once we got to the hotel the staff was super accommodating and apologetic. The onsen was also lovely!!"

The service is above and beyond, as our hotel manager reached out to offer us a ride from the bus stop in advance and saved us what would have been a very difficult walk uphill.
