Nice experience in Hakone

The service is perfect, the room is very clean and cozy and the meals were nicely arranged!!! Highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to Hakone.

静かにのんびりが最高

うっかり部屋にシャワー付きだと思い込み予約してしまってチェックインの時に判明し焦りましたが、貸切風呂があることがわかり、すぐに予約できたのでひと安心しました。貸切風呂はとても快適で、温泉を堪能する事ができて、食事も濃くなくてとても体に優しく翌日とても体調が良かったです。お気に入りになりました。また次回も利用したいと思います。
