This is by far the nicest and most comfortable place we have stayed. The gentleman at the front helped us out hugely when our credit card was frozen. The room was freshly renovated and clean. Super comfortable beds with a small kitchen was great as we usually make our own breakfast. It’s walkable to restaurants and grocery stores. Train was a 5 minute walk as was the streetcar. I’d stay here anytime.

新しいし、広いし、風呂トイレ別だし、交通の便もいい駅前なので、もっと人気がでても良いかなと思います。強いて言うなら、眺望は期待しないでください。それと、部屋は広いのですが、ラグジュアリー感はあまり感じません。部屋は休むところと割り切る、シンプルな方が好きな人には、いいと思います。

風呂とトイレの入り口を別々にした方がいい！

立地は駅から近く、どこに行くにも都合が良い場所でした。幹線道路から少し入ったところにあり静かです。 フロントの方のホスピタリティもよく、グラスや調理器具も揃うので、滞在に困る事はあまりありませんでした。 201号室を友人4人と使用していたのですが、風呂の入り口とトイレの入り口が一緒だったので、別々になっていたらよかったなぁと思います。 そのほかは全て満足でした。

初進入時感覺一般，接待員親切，盡努力與我們溝通，上房後非常滿意，房間大衞生，而且設施齊全，對面有便利店，超市只需幾分鐘，到函館車站亦非常方便，下次一定會再來。

The Staff was really very helpful and polite. They even provide frozen mac n cheese in case guest are hungry in the middle of the night. Location was great! Very near train and bus station (less then 10 mins walk). Tram station is just beside the hotel.

除了窗外沒啥風景可欣賞外，其他方面都接近完美。

剛開始找不到地點，原來在comforts hotel (在巷子口)的旁邊。房間非常寬敞、乾淨，唯一不解的是,房內竟然沒擺時鐘？每次想查看時間只能再把手機找出來看，不甚方便。

エクスぺディアには洗濯機があるとは書いてあったが、ドライヤーも洗剤も無料で使えるとは書いてなくて、洗剤とかパイプハンガーとかを持ってゆくことになった。 12キロの乾燥機付き全自動洗濯機が使えると知っておきたかった。 駅からは近いし、地図も持っていたが、最初は場所がわかりにくかった。
