古さは感じるが、便利でコスパがよいホテル
この辺りにはホテルがない ので助かりました。とても寒い時期だったのでお部屋に帰るとセラミックヒーターがついていてお部屋があったかくよかったです。全体的に古いホテルですが、キレイにしてあります。冷蔵庫もありますし、一階には電子レンジとコイン式の洗濯機、乾燥機があります。部屋のオイルヒーターは集中管理のようです。切れるとさすがにすこし寒いです。
一点、シャワーの湯量が少なく、温度調整が難しかったです。冬なのでちょっと辛かったです。
フロントのお姉さまたちは穏やかで、いろいろ丁寧に教えてくださるので、自宅のように過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

Location is far a way from center of the Hakodate city.

個人的に立地条件が良いのでリピート利用はするが、設備は残念(>_<)。
ご家族で運営されているようで、家庭的な印象。接客面は不満は全く無いが、如何せん建物も設備も古い為、環境的には満足とは言え無い。
・テレビの画面が小さい。ベッドに寝ると全く何が写ってるか分からない。
・フェイスタオルが薄っぺらい。
・窓の木製パネルの中央がガラスの為、外から見えそう。浴室自体が狭いので部屋で着替えたかったが、外から見えそうなので、浴室で体を捻り捻り着替えた。
・夜間、ボイラーか何かの音がうるさくて何度も目が覚めた。
・オートロックじゃない。
・机側の壁に鏡がない。(化粧時不便)
いろいろ挙げましたが、清掃は行き届いていましたので、不快と言うより不便でした。

目の前にドンキ、イトーヨーカドーがあるので便利。
駐車場が狭い。
部屋は値段相応。（清潔感はある）

深夜0時から朝の5時までホテルからの出入りができないので注意が必要です。コンビニも少し離れています。安いですが値段の割に広いと思います。

古いホテル
禁煙室に泊まったけど、何となくタバコの臭いがした。たぶん、マナーの悪い人が泊まったのだと思う。 ポットが沸かせないタイプなので、朝方にはぬるくなっていた。

コーヒー、朝軽食等のサービスが多くなっているチェーンホテルが満室でとれなかった結果でしたが悔しい。
部屋価格と実態が合っていないと思います。要は部屋はかなり旧式で景観や駐車環境は悪く感じたのに、価格は割高と思いました。

昔のビジネスホテルってこんな感じだったのかな〜と妙なノスタルジーに浸ってしまいました。函館市街地にあるホテルよりもずっと安価なので、費用を抑えたいならオススメです。ただ、函館の中心部まではバスでないと行けないので、交通費が若干イタいかも（近所のバス停から函館駅まで往復500円、所要時間は20分ぐらい？）。
ホテル近辺にはコンビニや大型スーパー、チャイニーズチキンバーガーで有名なラッキーピエロもあって、ちょっとした買い物や食事には困りません。

今回出張でホテルをかなり探したが予算内で泊まれるホテルはここしかなかった。
エアコン設備がないので真夏に泊まるのはさすがに北海道といえど暑いと思われる。
不潔という感じではないがかなり古いので快適とはいかない。

買い物には便利です◎
五稜郭駅からの移動には、自転車や車があるといいです。徒歩圏内にコンビニ、イトーヨーカドーなどあり利便性の良い場所にあります。

門限が24時でそれ以降のホテルへの出入りはできなくなるので、ホテルには小さな自販機が一応あるもののその点は注意。エアコンが無いことはわかっていたし、扇風機はあるので、それ以外は特に可もなく不可もなく値段相応に過ごせた。
