"Was a lovely hostel, close to the city centre. Room was nice and the communication from the staff was great (i made a noise complaint and they sorted it). The shower and toilet facilities were good, but the urinals were blocked off and then a resident broke the toilet seat which remained broken until the next day. But other than that it was clean and perfect for what i needed and had a great kitchen to use."

"Excellent hotel in a convenient location.
Close to restaurants, supermarkets and several tram stops. Walkable to the the Eckerö Line ferry terminal and the city centre (with a coffee stop).
Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom/shower excellent. The room could probably do with something on the wall as it was a bit stark, but that is a non issue and had no impact on our stay.
Considering the size of the hotel (you can see it from miles around) it was really quiet throughout our stay.
The AC/climate control system in the room is a bit fiddly but it works and was very much appreciated (it was surprisingly hot in Helsinki when we visited).
The internet speed was decent and the wifi easy to connect to.
As is typical in Clarion hotels, the breakfast spread was exceptional. There was a lot of great food to choose from.

Room was also very good, comfortable and quiet; however, did not like being charged 20 Euros for checking in 2 hours early when the room was obviously ready to be occupied. First time I have experienced this charge."

The only drawback is there’s road construction on one side of the hotel so when you take transport to the city, you have to take a route that’s not direct. If you’re walking, no problem. Bed was comfortable. The staff are friendly & courteous - especially Hasan. "
