海防溫泉飯店，旅行前必看！

「The hotel aims to be a diverse resort, but the actual management appears chaotic and inefficient. Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island.」

「중심가에서 거리가 있다는 점 빼고는 모두 훌륭합니다. 주인 분도 친절하시고 방은 깔끔하고 깨끗합니다. 호텔주인분이 오토바이를 무료로 빌러주기 때문에 멀리 있어도 이동하기 수월합니다.」

「Only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were super friendly, they let me check in early, were happy to answer all of my questions, and helped me book a private vehicle to Hanoi upon check out, which worked out to be the most convenient, quickest, and the best price. Would love to come back and stay longer next time! 」

「we liked our stay very much omg the stuff were so helpful it was a new years holiday in Vietnam we could not get a car from ninh binh to ha long had so much stress for one hour called the hotel for help within 15 min everything was ok!came to our hotel they offered us free upgrade and larger beds since we were traveling with 3 children , the room was spacious very clean they even prepared welcome fruit and drinks for us our family is so thankful had a wonderful stay happy memories! 」

「This cruise was fantastic from start to finish and would highly recommend. The staff were very friendly, positive and helpful, especially as we had our toddler with us. There was a good range of food and they accommodated our little one eating earlier and having kid friendly meals instead of our delicious four course menu each night! They did a happy hour of drinks each night during sunset. It was clean and they provided a cot free of charge. We did 3D2N which meant we really relaxed into it....

「Great service the people there are amazing organised my cruise, my bus and when i stupidly left my passport there they sent it to me on a bus so i wouldn’t miss my flight. I’ve traveled for three weeks in Vietnam and this is by far the best! Would recommend and if I go back to Ha long bay I will always choose to stay here! 」
