「Only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were super friendly, they let me check in early, were happy to answer all of my questions, and helped me book a private vehicle to Hanoi upon check out, which worked out to be the most convenient, quickest, and the best price. Would love to come back and stay longer next time! 」

「The hotel aims to be a diverse resort, but the actual management appears chaotic and inefficient. Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island.」

「Resepsjonen var fleksibel, vi ankom 12:00. Fikk rom selv om innsjekk ikke var før 14:00. Frokosten var grei, det virket som det bare var oss på hotellet. Så det var ingen frokost buffé, men de hadde to retter man kunne velge mellom.」

「Tulip is almost brand new. Cabin is spacious and well designed. Facilities are good. Staff are all enthusiastic and extremely helpful. We had a wonderful trip.」
