「The boat is really nice and very clean. The staff is very professional, nice and very polite. They really did a great job to celebrate my husband’s birthday by decorating in the room and a special table and cake at supper. The manager, the assistant Manager Sarah, our server Tony were all great and very helpful. 」

「The hotel service was very disappointing. We booked 2 rooms and paid, but once we arrived we found out the staff had double booked the room so we had no where to stay and they charged us for the room anyway. Would not recommend.
