「We were here for business and stayed one night in this hotel. Room is big and clean. Staffs are very helpful. It's not near the tourist attractions but there is a shopping mall called "Grand Oran" only 10 minutes by walk. They have free taxi to the airport. Overall, it's very nice to stay in this hotel. I'll definately come back to this hotel again when I visit Oran next time!」

However, Whalid/Waheem was fantastic in taking over from the staff member I was dealing with before and being extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I think the whole reception front desk would crumble without his dedication to his job and being so good at it. 「Je ne le recommande pas du tt sa pu un peu partout, ils ont mentionné qu'il y a un lave-linge or que non, les lits font du bruit et on entend bien le bruit des eaux usée qui passent à travers la cuisine et la salle de bain qui pu jusqu'à ce que je bouche le tuyau qui est sensé être l'évacuation du lave-linge. Je n'avais pas de wifi et j'ai dû descendre 2 fois et rien, puis il m'a dit que je vais remonter pour remédier le pb mais rien, aucune nouvelles ni le wifi. Heureusement que j'étais...
