Magnifique

Séjour agréable dans cet hôtel (privilège) avec ma petite fille et ma sœur propre, personnel qui se souci du bien être de leurs clients. Chambre très spacieux et propre. Petit déjeuner assez copieux. Parking privée. Piscine bien entretenue. Je recommande vivement

L'hôtel est très moyen mais le prix est très attractif pour le secteur. Le petit déjeuner est assez limité, un peu de fruits frais seraient un plus. La salle de bain a besoin d'être rénové. Hôtel dans son jus. Le parking fermé est proposé. Par contre, les routes autours de l'hôtel sont en travaux donc beaucoup de poussière.

Pas mal !

Séjour avec mes 8 enfants. Un personnel très gentil, a l écoute, serviable et qui fait tout pour nous faire plaisir. Bien sûr l'hôtel est vétuste mais le prix est modeste aussi donc il ne faut pas être trop exigeant. Les chambres sont grandes. Le linge de chambre un peu manquant toutefois si on en demande ils nous en donne volontier.

Ich liebe dieses schöne Hotel

Hallo zusammen, ich war alleine als Tourist dort. Das Hotel im Viertel Ferdinandville von Oran ist für mich wunderschön, Hotel und Zimmer sind sehr sauber und groß, das Frühstück sehr lecker und der Service des Personals sehr hilfsbereit. In der Nähe befindet sich die schöne und große Moschee Rahmane, sowie kleinere Geschäfte für Getränke, Lebensmittel, Pharmacie, usw, Mit dem Taxi ca. 20 Minuten nicht weit weg zur Innenstadt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder zurück!

Quelle déception!!

Très déçu de notre séjour que nous avons écourté d ailleurs . Les patrons sont très gentils mais au niveau des services et du ménage c était lamentable ,arrivée en famille le première a 13h ,heure indiquée a laquelle on pouvait arrivé ,chambre pas prête . on nous propose une autre chambre .on accepte malgré qui il n y ai pas de balcon comme précisé sur le site de reservation, Pas de poubelle dans les chambre et seulement une serviette de bain pour quatre personnes ,c est limite avec cette chaleur .literie très bien ,climatisation très bien. Deuxième soir , presence de cafards dans la chambre, salle de bain pas nettoyer et aucune serviette de bain pour pouvoir nous rafraichir après une chaude journée ,on descend demander des serviettes a la réception ,on lui répond très sechement qu il y en a pas et voilà ( on doit se débrouiller quoi ). De plus ,un membre du personnel nous posait beaucoup trop de question d ordre personnel ,c est la goutte d eau qui a fait déborder le vase nous ne sommes pas rester une nuit de plus . très très déçu.Patrons très compréhensifs et a l ecoute qui nous on proposer une autre chambre pour la dernière nuit mais ça en était trop. Personnel pas du tout qualifié ,a revoir .
