「Excellent hotel and staff! Centrally located and very convenient」

「The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are large with a good sized balcony, best to choose a deluxe room with sea view. But .. rooms were not serviced daily, our last 3 days, no cleaning/servicing of our room. There is no WiFi. There is no private beach. There is no gift shop/porter service. We had to show proof of our marriage or our booking would be invalid. The staff in the kitchen seem to be overworked hence the lack of replenished breakfast food, plates, coffee etc. No air conditioning...

「We were here for business and stayed one night in this hotel. Room is big and clean. Staffs are very helpful. It's not near the tourist attractions but there is a shopping mall called "Grand Oran" only 10 minutes by walk. They have free taxi to the airport. Overall, it's very nice to stay in this hotel. I'll definately come back to this hotel again when I visit Oran next time!」

「Who rated this a 4-star hotel??? Awful Oran hotel - not as per advertised 1. No wifi in room AT ALL 2. Was given small room. When confronted horrible reception woman, she said (1) i booked single room (my booking is for Superior Single Room). (2) no rooms available tonight. Showed her my booking. Suddenly by magic, there’s a room! 3. I had to ask what time is breakfast, where etc. information had to be asked and not provided. 4. Lift was Useless! 5. Inside room, rubbish not thrown. 「The front desk staff went beyond their duties to make me feel at home. The rooms are basic but very clean with comfortable beds. The hotel is in a good location for visiting many of the sights . Definitely will stay there again when next time in Oran.」
