「I stayed at this hotel multiple times and loved it, but I think this may be my last time. There was no hot water got cold showers my whole stay, bathroom had a really bad smell of urine, the heat didn’t work so room was freezing, and the outlets were so lose I couldn’t charge anything. For a hotel that’s usually beautiful I was very unsatisfied 」

Our room was not ready at check-in and I had to state multiple times I had a pet even though I booked a pet room and called the day before.
