「The property was run down and in overall terrible shape. When we entered the room it had a moldy, damp smell. The furniture was old and in poor condition. There was stains on the couch, headboard was dirty, carpet was awful, and the bathroom had a strong urine smell. The desk staff was very friendly but this property was awful. We stayed for just a brief time and decided we were not comfortable staying there and found a different place to stay.」

「Staff was very helpful, pool area and slide were great, the floor in the room was not clean (seemed un-vacuumed ) and the bathroom was pretty clean but not perfect either. The curtain was broken as well. 7/10 as a whole.」

「The value of the stay was excellent and worth the the nightly rate. However, the place was quite dirty, outlets coming out of the wall, no battery in the smoke detector. The A/C didn’t work when we got there but the manager/owner was very helpful and walked me through a solution. All in all, a good deal for the money.」

「Great location to go see Itasca State Park, Big Bog, and Leech Lake Pow Wow Days. The breakfast was excellent. The owners are fantastic. I highly recommend this B&B over a hotel!」
