「I cancelled my stay at this hotel and Expedia has not issued a credit to my American Express account. I cancelled well within the free cancellation requirement but no credit has been issued. Somehow, I cannot seem to get Expedia's attention on this matter.」

「The pool had a slide so kids loved that! The hot tub was out of order at the time of stay. The continental breakfast is always a plus especially with kids to just have some quick options. Room was clean and really pretty large also another perk.」

The A/C didn’t work when we got there but the manager/owner was very helpful and walked me through a solution. All in all, a good deal for the money.」
