"Clean room and we had a great marina view! Housekeeping staff was amazing! Front desk people were very polite ! Will stay here again !"

"The service was overall good. The front desk staff at night when I checked in at 11:30 pm on 19 January 2026 ,was very friendly and welcoming. However, the check-out staff at 1:45 pm, on 20 January 2026 ,an Asian woman with white hair, was quite unfriendly and not very approachable. When my husband asked if the $45 USD credit for food didn't require any additional payment, she responded rather curtly, "Can't you see it on the receipt, there's no extra charge." This response and her demeanor aren't suitable for a 5-star hotel front desk staff. Some staff members need training and improvement in customer service, especially this particular staff. Every time I stay here and she is working, we have a poor experience."

"great location, lovely comfortable rooms, free convenient airport shuttle. laundry room, free breakfast with egg station, casual atmosphere, very family oriented, beautiful hotel design. Breakfast selection was not as big as Huntsville nor the staff as attentive. Housekeeping and front desk staff were fabulous. I love Embassy suites and try to always book with them. "

"Nice room, and affordable compared to the hotels inside S.F. The breakfast Buffett is kinda mid. The bar is nice. Just reserve with parking included or they’ll charge you $40 a night. "
