「Arranged return airport pickup with hotel and Driver was late for pickup from airport (5 mins late) and hotel (15 mins late). Asked for a room change as the floor were full of painting work going on the receptionist on duty was supposed to get back after checking with room reservation dept but never got back. Overall the service provided by front desk was not pleasant at all. I stayed for five nights and the room was arranged in a noisy location wit construction site in front n painting work...

「A surprisingly large room in perfect condition. Located just ten minute walk from seaside action. Only two negative items to mention: there seems no sound insulation between rooms so every bump and shout sounds as if it is in our room…and please reload the coffee pods daily. 」

「The hotel was amazing and the service excellent. however, please know that there is no one at the reception desk after 1pm to assist with questions, directions, phone calls, needs. You are on your own from that hour. Our room was a little smaller than we would have desired, but very nice, as we took a week to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Advice: if you are staying a week or more, be sure to obtain phone service with internet for Google maps and taxis, etc...and buy a bus pass for 25 Euros if...
