"Hot sprong bath was amazing. Especially the private hot spring both "roten" and inhouse bath with variety of Hot Springs were easy to use and very relaxing. Free popsicles and ice cream service, free massage chair, and reading room with a lot of comic books werr also great.
Air freshner using at public area sich as lobby and elevator was bad. I strongly suggest to change the Fragrance."
"This hotel is wonderful. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, with a great variety of delicious food. One of the highlights was opening the window and enjoying the fresh ocean breeze. The ocean view was absolutely stunning and made the stay even more relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway by the sea."
"The view of the suite is perfect. The indoor onsen, half outdoor pool and jacuzzi are gorgeous. Even though it was raining so heavy, we still enjoyed the stay a lot"
"This is an excellent hotel for those who would like to eat out and go to nearby Onsen as the hotel does not have Onsen. The hotel was modern Japanese feel, designed by a local architect. It sits in a very quiet location and about 10 minutes walk to the jigoku area."
"If you don't have a car and don't like walking up a hill or for 20 minutes to the nearest station, this is not for you. But if you can get past that, this place is gorgeous! We were on the sixth floor with a view of the mountains in a Japanese style room. Tatami mats, futon, floor chairs. The bathroom had the bidet but a regular shower bath combo. A little moldy from the lack of circulation and it smelled like urine the whole time even after cleaning. Gorgeous view7PMs of the ocean and mountains. We saw Hawks and other birds on the daily. Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were complimentary. Great selection of food and drinks alcohol included. We also got access to the lounge for refreshments and drinks in between. Basement had coin laundry and onsen third floor had games and a reading area for Manga. Very enjoyable stay but again the hill was killer. The station was 20 minutes away or with a kid that doesn't want to sit in his stroller 30 lol. Very helpful staff. Only downside was the store staff helping with the luggage didn't speak English and she made us fill out the paperwork ourselves when the last 2 hotels did it for us."
