On time of arrival still texted them - no one could speak English and didn't respond. Overall one staff member could speak some basic English and was very helpful otherwise communication was poor. "Room was great, very friendly staff and food was nice. I used the spa and gym - both excellent. No milk at breakfast on my last day which was disappointing. The hotel is lovely, but it is 20-25 mins in taxi to the old Town and there is nothing nearby. That's the only thing that would maybe put me off staying again. Very close to airport. Woukd definitely recommend. "

The room was comfortable and exactly as presented during booking. All hotel amenities met our expectations and matched the description provided online. The staff was friendly and efficient, the breakfast was excellent, and all meals were very tasty. The only issue was housekeeping, as the garbage was not removed from the room and the bathroom floor...
