「First impression of the home was disappointing, the property is not maintain, the grounds/lawn is over grown with weeds and trash, no garden, the garbage can was full of trash and the house is old. The inside is very nice with newer appliances, flat screen TVs, nice bedding and a very comfortable bed, bathroom was clean, the living room was clean but had an old couch. 「HIDDEN TREASURE! Love this place, it's our new Tampa area hotel. It was our 25th anniversary, the staff went out of their way to make it special. For an extra fee of course, they outfitted our room with extra amenities. Love it , love it, LOVE IT! If I could give it 10 stars I would.」

「I must say the Mari Jean, and the bar that it is associated with Cocktails. Is great, the staff is amazing, the drinks are wonderful, the food delicious, and the pool is gorgeous and refreshing. I would highly recommend if you visit St. Petersburg, Florida, to definitely check this place out.」

「Spoke to owner, Mathew. He was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The Lofts are clean , comfortable and nicely decorated with beach vibes! Not a far walk to the beach and surrounding restaurants and cafés. We had an enjoyable Fourth of July weekend. We will be back again.」
