「This property could use a little updating!!!! Cool having the pool on the 3rd floor looking across to the beach 」

「Beautiful views, gorgeous beach/water, fantastic outdoor amenities at the state park across the street, nice pool area and beach at hotel. Restaurant had great buffet breakfasts with made-to-order eggs. Dinner was reasonably good also. Would stay there again, probably MUCH nicer than renting a VRBO, due to the hotel amenities. Only complaint is the noise--kids wailing and crying, you could hear it down the hall, from the balcony, everywhere. Maybe they might consider locating couples in...

「We had a nice room with a wonderful view of the ocean. The staff was very helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The indoor heated pool was perfect after a day at the beach. Our accommodations were perfect for our girls trip!」

「The stay was great but they didnt have a washer and dryer in the unit as in the others we have stayed at, but they did have a laundry room where it was $1.50 to wash/dry. Also, we had a good sized float for our daughter that we sat outside the door for a little while and it came up missing. When asked about it in the office they said they did not have cameras outside for surveillance which was odd to think there is no security for the stairwells or the walkways for the unit entrys. 「Misscommunication on parking where I asked on check in do we need a parking pass was told no and got a friendly warning next day I may be towed. You need a parking pass. Told them that would not be on me and a bit more if that happened. Dish TV kinda works Staff is friendly. Location excellent 」

「I have stayed at Crystal towers for many years. Always pleased with the property. I love the two private pools, love the location. I didn’t like that after we booked, and paid a deposit, an additional $250 “Hangout Fee” was added that wasn’t apart of the cost when we originally booked back in December. 」

「Needs mattress replacing. Floors weren’t real clean and the stairs were brutal with luggage. Noisy neighbors drunk and screaming at traffic all night. It was fairly close to the beach so that was a plus. Overall 5/10」
