"Great hotel"

"We loved it here! Our only problem was that the elevator was not working so it was a lot of steps to the third floor each time."

"Room was clean however the towels needs to be cleaned better. They were very thin and dingy. I went out to purchase my own towels. "

"On Easter they said that they were close the pool for maintenance which also included the fitness room that was connected to it. The reason why I booked the hotel was for the pool and for the Fitness room. We had to spend money to go find a pool somewhere else when it’s 90° in Tampa!!!!!"

"The room was good, and one of the front desk staff was very kind, Anna. The others were not very friendly. The Bar staff was good as well. The hotel was short in towels for the pool when we arrived at 3 pm. Also the pool area has very few sunbeds, some guests keep them reserved with a towel or a shoe for the whole day, and other guests do not have any sunbeds. "

"My two kids and I got there an hour before check in. The staff was absolutely amazing, front desk and Valet were super helpful. The room was very clean, very nice and the hospitality was perfect. "

"We did not have the typical Hilton experience. The beach was beautiful and the location is convenient. After that, it was not great. The rooms need new carpet. There was also a dusty/moldy smell. There was a blood stain on the mattress pad. Our AC was not working properly (they said it had to be replaced after we left). Our view was of old, loud, rusted AC units on the roof. A private beach with chairs was advertised. When you get there, you have to pay for chairs. There is a public beach in front of the private beach. The pool is overcrowded and the service is very slow. There was no place for my elderly parents to just sit and look at the beach. The only places in the hotel with a beach view are restaurants where you have to order to sit there. The point of our trip was to celebrate their 50th anniversary, but it wasn’t the experience we hoped for. "
