「This hotel was great, the room was large enough to accommodate our family of 6, kitchen was well equipped and bathrooms were clean. Pool was great, our kids loved the pool. The negative part was that the bathrooms doors would not lock, for some reason the locks didn't work. Also the water pressure in the shower was weak. The mattress on the sofa was an air mattress witch was kinda strange, and it leaked air, I had to add air twice a day. Customer service was fantastic, I asked for replacement...

「The check in was hard. I didn’t get the email until after I’d been at property for two hours. We found a guy at the pool and he showed us to the lady that checked us in. They did have a company come in to check water leaks for two hours but they did try to stay out of the way. The bed was wet due to a leak but they are aware of it. There were ants that were in the doorways. Overall, not a bad stay」

「The room was very clean and well maintained/new. Staff was friendly and helpful. The air conditioner was great. The room we stayed at had lots of accessories for the beach like chairs and kid’s toys for the beach along with an umbrella. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. It was a great experience overall.」
