"Needed lunch but restaurant wasn’t available until 1pm-sorta odd. Having a comfortable upholstered chair would make the rooms better. I got tired of sitting on the bed!"

"The staff is great, I keep having to extend the stay because of my schedule being extended and Joyce makes sure checkning back in to the hotel is seamless and efficient. The hotel is also very nice and the rooms are always cleans and well kept."

"The resort has great beach access with lots of things to do. Our room was generally clean, but there were areas that appeared had not been cleaned in a very long time, such as the A/C return vent and places like the top of the thermostat; these were filthy. Housekeeping is upon request, although one time they came in without a request. The one time we did make a request for additional coffee, our request was never fulfilled. The front desk, restaurant and bar staff are very good. However, none of the other site staff seem to understand English which makes communicating nearly impossible. When housekeeping was near we request toilet paper and Kleenex. The housekeeper had no idea what we were talking about and we had to play charades to get what we needed. Another significant issue was the elevator near our room. It was very slow and several times during our stay it was closed for service. This was the case when we were checking out and ended up having to carry our luggage down the stairs. Overall the the resort is nice, but for the price we will probably explore alternatives for our next visit. "

"Beautiful property with direct views of Clearwater Beach which is just across the street. Watched dolphins from our hotel balcony. Excellent for kids with several activities scheduled throughout the day for school aged kids to attend (held in the pool area). Pool was warm, hot tub is large and the hotel is within walking distance to food/shopping. 10-15 minute walk up the beach or up the street on the opposite side of the hotel to places like Frenchy's Rockaway and Crabby's. Watched the sunset into the ocean from Crabby's one night while listening to live music and enjoying dinner. 1 minute walk to the beach. 3 min walk to the pier. Food served at the pool bar is more reasonable than I expected for this location. Pricing was comparable to local restaurants so I didn't feel like I was being gouged by resort prices. Didn't dine at the nicer restaurant on site. Would definitely return! "
