"The location of the resort was great, cleanliness and overall look and feel was top notch. It was far to crowded for us, but between baseball opening day and the tail end of Spring Break, I get it, but our anniversary date doesnt change. I am very disappointed in the staff, not their attitude , but in their ability to complete simple task requested of them, task I offered to pay for if they could just get it done, task they assured me no less than 5 times in 2 days would be completed. I just really dont understand how such nice people, that seemed to have their act together, could literally lie over and over..I almost feel like the break in communication might have been on the back end and maybe were not aware. I probably wont stay here again, 800 per night to get lied to isnt worth it..I can get that at home for free."

"Stayed in King suite and it was clean and bed was comfortable. Room service was quick and food was good. Will stay here again. Convenient to French Market and short walks to everything. "

"Had a balcony room. The rooms has a lot of space and can see the ocean from to balcony. Staff was very helpful and nice. They also have a really good breakfast selection! Only down fall is getting across to the beach was kinda hard. There is no cross walk by this hotel. "
