10/10 Excellent

"The front desk staff is very kind and professional, special mention to Donaldo! very helpful and made our check in smooth and quick! Hoping for the speedy repair on the other elevator so that you don't have to compete with the maintenance crew especially during check out time but other than that everything is wonderful. Excellent breakfast choices and ease of traveling in and out of the resort with their shuttle is a great package. Looking for future vacation and stay with Blue Flamingo Resort!"

Margaritaville Resort Biloxi

"I am someone who traveled for work so I have stayed in some of the nicer hotels available and some of the worse. However, we chose Margaritaville to celebrate our seventh year anniversary. My stay at Margaritaville fell well below expectations but still paying a premium price for the weekend. when we arrived on site during check-in, I only saw one person that had a smile on their face that appeared appreciative that customers were there. Once we arrived in the room, there was no TV remote. Within the first hour of arrival, We attempted to call the front desk three times before actually getting someone on the phone. We then wait over an hour with another reminder called to the front desk before a remote to be brought up to turn the television on. While there we lost television signal numerous times due to incoming storms. There were no other options to stream or cast videos from the television.We found the bed uncomfortable compared to other hotels when paying this amount of money. Overall, I was very disheartened to pay the price that I paid for the state that we had. I felt the prices were very high compared to the services offered."

"The beach area was off the charts! Their entertainment was excellent. Location and proximity to stores/restaurants was very good. Rooms were very clean. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was terrible. Nice selection of restaurants/bars. We tried most of them and had no complaints about any of the food. We would definitely stay here again. The entertainment, large beach and the amount of pools/whirlpools made it worth our time."

"Ok la limpieza es todos los dias eso si lo q pasa q para el precio deberían de darle ya mantenimiento al hotel tiene cosas como la puerta. Del balcón casi ni habría muy recia y para el precio mínimo el desayuno debería de incluirlo pero por todo lo demás bien una experiencia"

"Severely disappointed in this stay!! The parking was terrible. There were MAYBE 40 parking spaces. I was told they owned the restaurant and the Ramada next door and could park there but who wants to walk that far with their luggage. Also, those spaces were full. The elevators were dark and one of the buttons was broken. The room I was in backwards, in my opinion. The suite I had, had the bedroom on the side of entry and the living room on the balcony side. One of the beds was right on top of the air conditioning unit, the door to the room wouldn't close due to one of the beds being in the way. This was a problem because the light in the living area wouldn't shut off. The toilet didn't flush completely, so flushing 2 or 3 times after using it was necessary. The shower was grimy, but I never stay anywhere without shower shoes. There was liquid in the kitchen floor and I cleaned it up only to find that the flour was FILTHY. The rag that I used to get up the liquid had to be thrown away it was so black with dirt. The door to the balcony was missing a hinge and barely locked. Long story short, even if this property were to offer to pay me to stay, I would not ever again in life, stay at this property again. It was too over priced to be so underwhelming and disappointing."
