「The hotel facilities were seriously damaged. My room lock doesn't work. After the receptionist on the 12th morning opened the door of the room, she told me not to close the door again. I asked her how i can go out, and she had a bad attitude and was rude, and refused to open the door for me again. I had no choice but to call the police for help because I couldn't get into my room.The room smells so badly of paint, it's like a gas chamber,and a loud mechanical noise in the room.」

「Adrienne and staff went above and beyond our expectations. The hotel was spotless and they didn’t miss a detail for our Mardi Gras welcoming. The hand signed card for my fiancé birthday was the top tier customer service. Highly recommend the Superior King Balcony room:)」
