「Everything was excellent except the weather. Nine days of constant cold wind spoiled the vacation. Hotel over the dunes with very good facilities. perfect cleanliness, comfortable rooms with a superb view and incredibly good food. Admirations to the chefs!」

「Fantastic resort due to having 4 pools and direct beach access to 3 swimming lagoons with white sand beach , good food choices , now 20 years old tho. Mini golf course was nearly unplayable due to leaves and stones . Having 4 pools is brilliant , love the large saltwater one. Wok and Zen menu is too limited . Plenty of things too do. Just needs a refurb to bring it back to true 5 star status .」

「Wir haben den Pool nicht genutzt da das Meer sehr nah ist, Lage top, Frühstück in Ordnung jedoch haben wir in 1 der Brötchen Plastik gefunden wir haben es weitergegeben aber es hat keinen interessiert. Standard Zimmer groß genug mit Balkon 👍die Duschvorrichtung kann erneuert werden, Nutella wurde 3 Tage nicht aufgefüllt obwohl man jedesmal Bescheid gegeben hat dass es leer ist und man sonst nichts anderes frühstückt」

「Perfect hotel, have no bad things to say, foods amazing, drinks are great and overall the customer experience was good, as I flew to Fortaventura to another hotel at first, but I didn’t like it so last minute I went in the hotel, and booked it on the day, got in a room within an hour.」
