「The check in instructions were not clear. No additional information provided such as a local number. No way to contact anyone. I was locked out. I will never rent from them again. Why they don't just offer a phone number to contact is beyond me.」

Its all the little details that make this place so incredible. The artwork, the decor, the homemade breakfasts. The owners and staff were super nice! The vila is in the small town of Colares and is a short drive into Sintra. We wanted to stay near Sintra, but wanted to avoid the crowds and Vila Vitorino was perfect! 「My daughter and I had the most wonderful stay at the ARTSY at the end of October. Every morning for five days, we woke up in a beautiful, sun-filled room with high ceilings, stepped out onto the Juliet balcony overlooking a park and trees, and then headed downstairs for a breakfast with homemade bread and fresh butter, and fresh fruits and juice. The service was truly impeccable—David and Rodrigo were not only friendly but genuinely eager to help, and geez, were they helpful! Thank you...

「The hotel service is generally ok and breakfast is good. The only thing we found inconvenience is there is no shower room or enclosed area for bath or shower. We booked a room accommodation for 4 persons. There is a bathtub not far from the bed and there is no door or blind. Basically the room inside has no privacy for a group of 4 to stay. Fortunately, we only stayed 1 night and can take shower after we moved to the next hotel. 」
