「The room was spotless, warm and spacious. We opted for Deluxe room which was situated in the annexed building on ground level. The staff were extremely welcoming. Breakfast was plentiful. Plenty of storage and coat/clothes hanging space. Being in a rural spot, we found it very peaceful. A large car park is sited just across the road, which links Perth and nearby Glenfarg. 「Menu was very poor, place was filthy . Have taken pictures of this. Didnt even try the food as nothing on it i could eat. £15 for a breakfast is shocking . Bin overflowing in carpark. Windows where filthy. Carpets where a health hazzard. No running cold water in the mornings. No wifi for room tv to work was told wifi was broken. Cob weds in room skirtings where black. Would avoid at all costs. Sanitary bin in ladies changing room was over flowing. 」

「The bathroom was clean, and the bed sheets were clean, with a lovely smell even in the morning. Heating was on all night, so it wasn't cold in the morning, and after skiing at Glenshee, that warmth was lovely. The fireplace downstairs was so good, and we had a nice chat and watched TV.
