The hotel proved the perfect place to be based for a wedding weekend with the opportunity to explore St Peter Port and the surrounding area. "Location ok uphill from harbour but can find various routes and steps to make it easier. All staff friendly and helpful but was surprised reception could not help with access to internet to book a flight to Jersey when our ferry was cancelled. Lovely gardens. The breakfast was the best I have ever experienced. Buffet for cereals, yoghurt and fruit salad which was fresh fruit and a good choice of cooked meals served at the table. Would stay there again if visiting Guernsey."

"Charming hotel in a beautiful location on Guernsey. Excellent location for exploring cliff paths and beautiful bays offering breathtaking views and restorative swims. Busy and atmospheric restaurant offering a good selection of food with excellent and very friendly service. Room reasonably comfortable and cleanliness acceptable, but in general we felt the rooms and corridors could do with a refresh and deep clean. We would consider staying again depending on rates. Very well serviced bus route...

"This is a lovely historic property which has been beautifully maintained for a very comfortable stay, with friendly staff and a gorgeous pool and BBQ and bar area and gardens. A 10 min walk to Grandes Rocques beach for the sunset and in the other direction to Sausmarez Park. Fantastic breakfast too. A great choice for good Guernsey hospitality."
