"The hotel was close to many different restaurants and shops, and was also an easy walk to the market. The room was clean with a nice bed and pillows. The only things that needed improvement was that the front door is always locked and you must ring to get into the hotel and was sometimes a bit of a wait. Also, you must order the breakfast on Whats App, which was not told to us so we sat and waited for someone to bring us breakfast while the others around were eating. Also, the hot water handle in the shower just spun around so you weren't always sure when it was going to be warm or cold water. Other than these minor items, it is a good place to stay."

"My stay at Tikal Futura Hotel in Guatemala was excellent! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The rooms were comfortable, the beds were great, and everything was spotless. I especially enjoyed the indoor pool and the overall amenities, which made our stay even more relaxing. The location is convenient, with shopping and restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore the area."
