The hotel could be espectacular but it is not. The location, the view, the pool, and the restaurant are beautiful. However it seems like management has decided to just let it die a slow death. No up keeping has been done in a while. The water in our shower would not drain, the door to enter the room would no work etc. The breakfast was delicious, specially the quesadillas and “picaditas”.

The property was very well kept and the overall view very romantic. The room had a rustic style and our balcony very nice sight to the city. However the hotel had few roaches and that took some of the satisfaction away. Pool side was very nice and the seating areas too!

Resort Style Hotel

Beautiful hotel with scenic views and great food! It does need a room uograde but, the price is great so, that aspect can be overlooked.....would stay here again when visiting Guadalajara....my family enjoyed our stay. Next time will get a room by the pool area!

The rooms were semi clean, they need to improve in cleaning beddings and shower towels by washing away stains. Also, the keys kept deactivating during my stay, I would recommend changing the door locks. Since they looked as if they were too old and rusty.
