Although some staff members were professional, polite and respectful.. The hotel is not updated. There is no air conditioner just a loud ceiling fan. The water leaks from the bathtub. The key to the hotel room is an outdated key which they wanted to be returned when going out. The restaurant staff were professional sometimes & food was ok.

The rooms are poorly maintained and dirty. The people at the front desk and the Management are not nice. I would never again select to stay at this hotel or any property in the world owned by OYO. It’s owned by a person in India

Everything was good, except, they forgot to do cleanup while I was out and just remember until later. It might have been communication issue. By that time, I just wanted to rest and told to just clean the bathroom, the bed was fine.

El lugar esta limpio, las personas de atencion todo bien, pero ek edificio es muy muy viejo y la cama y almohadas son sumamente duras. El agua guele muchisimo a cloro, la zina esta bien

Be warned there is no microwave in the rooms to use and the restaurant manager will not let you use theirs unless you bought food there. Also the restaurant manager Esperanza kicked me and my dad out of the restaurant for having hot chocolate we bought next door even though we were hotel guest it was cold and in the middle of the night. I would not recommend staying here if your looking for comfort they don’t have a minimart and will not even give you water if you ask for it even though they say they give water on Christmas Day they did not and when we asked for a water the following day they said no.

todo excelente las habitaciones cuentan con servibar y sala el trato de los empleados muy cordial y alegre el internet solo es en areas comunes pero si llegaba a mi habiotacion no cuentan con aire acondicionado pero la verdad no se requirio con el buen clima las habitaciones super limpias si llegas temprano te hospedan no tienes que esperar al check in el servicio de restaurant riquisimo el mesero super atento si es un hotel algo viejo pero por supuesto ue regresaria MUY RECOMENDADO ECONOMICO BUENA ATENCION Y LIMPIO

la habitación estaba sucia con papeles en el suelo, las almohadas tenian labial y estaban sucias, el buró tenia migajas de pan y las camas estaban llenas de cabellos en general todo sucio y el servicio de recepcion horrible mal trato y despota la persona q estaba en turno. las fotos publicadas en internet no tienen nada q ver con la realidad

El personal femenino de la propiedad es pesimo, la forma en la que describe como llegar al estacionamiento del hotel es confuso, tan sencillo como decir que el estacionamiento esta detras de la recepcion. El agua huele del baño huele muy mal como agua tratada.
