The shower water gets all out it’s a mess and the water smells pretty bad as well, the decoration it’s nice and location is good but you hear everything since it’s in the center.

New hotel just open 2 weeks ago. Need a few things but overall very nice friendly staff. If you need to stay in downtown area of guadalajara its perfect. They need to work on morning breakfast very limited but free so it's ok.

the water coming out of the pipes smell terrible and I ask the staff and they told me that the water in the area has that issue. The towels smell pretty bad the building has been remodeled and looks good, but the issues with the water are too much,

el primer día a nuestra llegada me dieron un cuarto sin aire, solicite cambio me dieron otro igual sin aire solicite cambio y me dijeron que ya no tenían otra (comprensible), esa noche la pase terrible con el calor y ruido externo porque tuvimos que abrir ventanas, al siguiente día nos dieron otra habitación excelente después de eso todo muy bien, mas solo un detalle que nos pusieron dos botes de acondicionador en lugar de shampoo

El hotel es nuevo, limpio, es bonito, moderno, está muy céntrico, solo yo recomendaría que pusieran un sistema de cable en las habitaciones, de ahí todo muy bueno, el personal que nos atendió en turno de la mañana la verdad súper amables y hasta nos hicieron recomendaciones.

La habitacion impecable, cuenta con Wifi, pantalla de gran tamaño, excelente vista, zona centrica y junto a una estacion de Metro, solo tuvimos dos detallitos(por los cuales no les pongo calificacion excelente): el primero el frigo no enfriaba y el agua al principio de su uso tenia un olor raro.... a pesar de eso considero esta opcion para volver a visitarlos y esperando estos dos detalles ya no vuelvan a ser inconveniente.
