Amazing experience from start to finish! The staff was friendly, professional, and truly attentive. My room was clean, well-organized, and exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Today, for Día de Reyes, the manager surprised me with a beautiful and delicious mini rosca, which made my stay even more special. I stay in this property due to its proximity to the consulate. The hotel needs maintenance, our toilet chain was not working, I had to use a clip to make it work, the phone was not working either to report it, no hair dryer, the room had a smell of humidity. The staff were great, everyone was very friendly.

Beautiful grounds with great location

Camino real is located walking distance from sa nice hopping center and approximately 20 minute ride to downtown. The grounds our exquisite gardens, great food a nice gym and excellent customer service. The rooms are relatively spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice water flow shower head.
