Just a couple of comments, the curtains were very hard to pull/close and the music system for the restaurant was just under the window of our room. Check-in happens at a coffee shop outside Ploce Gate, so be prepared to walk 8 mins to the hotel. Fairly easy walk, but cobbled streets. Inside, the property, rooms and decorations are immaculate and beautiful. No elevator, so a fair bit of stair climbing. Minor point: safe wasn't functioning in my room due to previous guests leaving it locked. Staff is very friendly and helpful. John...

「本次住二晚。銀卡會員礼遇紅酒，沒有準備，員工說不知道，會問主管，如有隔天補。隔天出去玩回來，再問櫃台，員工說是我的錯，因為我出去門口掛請勿打擾，送不進來，直接說我的錯。 早上餐廳有老先生打破餐具，幾位服務人員在旁邊，沒有幫忙，老先生自己慢慢撿。 服務待加強。」

「This property has an amazing view of dubrovnik from its private patio. Its spacious and comfortable. Communication with the host was easy as was check in. You can walk to old town Dubrovnik in about 15 minutes (there are a lot of stairs) Wasnt a problem for my family of 4. 2 kids age 11 and 13. We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was great」
