8/10 Good

"Clean rooms, we wish the air con could go slightly cooler ( or we just failed to figure it out). The breakfast was 10/10 regularly restocking things that were low and really inclusive. The beds were comfy and we had no noise disturbances. Staff were really helpful from start to finish, even once we had checked out they still helped us with bag storage and allowed us to use the hotel bar area. Really well connected for multiple underground stations so quick access to everywhere we wanted to be! We would 100% stay in this hotel again. The only room for improvement that we have is breakfast was so good, it would be nice for them to do evening dining too! Thank you for welcoming us!"

"Room was very clean, nice view. I especially loved the large window/door in the room, sort of like a balcony. We went during hottest time in June, so im not sure if the AC was not running during the day, but night time wasnt too bad. Breakfast was not free, you had to pay for it, there was a small variety of finger foods."

"Perfect location, central to everything you wanna visit and quick car rides to other surrounding neighborhoods. Nice pool + sauna vibe and fresh fruits provided. Hotel bar/ restaurant was cool and reasonably priced. 10/10 will stay here again, the ac in our room kinda sucked but oh well- everything else was great. Also would try to get a city view rather than atrium it’s a little muggy."

B&B Hotel Berlin-Alexanderplatz

8/10 Good

"Our room was not cleaned when we expected on 2 occasions and it wasn’t until then it was explained there was a QR code to request it. The staff dealing with this were sullen and unhelpful but when we raised it with the management we got an apology and a promise to follow up with staff training. Otherwise the room was a good standard, the location was excellent, near shops and train stations. I’d asked about breakfast in advance but no one ever replied so I don’t know if it’s available or not as no one asked if we wanted it on arrival."
