「The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is well prepared. Landlady arranged late check in for us. But there is no hot water for shower. Because it was 23:00, we can’t call the landlady so we tried to email them but failed. In the morning, I tried to ask Hotels.com to help me, in the chat room the staff was not helpful. 」

「Loved the nice room but walls are paper thin and if you are a light sleeper it would be terrible. Extremely clean and we enjoyed our stay. Laundry was difficult to access because we had to call where it is self check in . Should have had instructions in the room … 」

「No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. 」

「Overall, a really nice stay. The self check-in didn't have any problems for me and was super easy to manage. The room was spacious and clean - very cozy! I booked the room directly over the bar with the discounted rate, and with earplugs, it wasn't bad at all, even on the weekend. One thing to note (which is in the fine print, but I didn't realize at first) is that there is no lift here, so be prepared to move your luggage up and down the stairs.」
