「I have never been received so warmly at any hotel in my entire life of travels. I wish I could remember the young ladies name who checked us in. She was so helpful and went out of her way to receive us. She literally followed me out to the car to take our luggage in, she stored it until our room was ready and when we returned everything was in our room. She helped us pull our car out of the parking lot, went out side and waved us on. She helped us find a tour driver, who was equally...

「Apartment located near a high street, no matter we could buy food to cook or dine out were very convenience. Room is neat and tidy.Staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely a cosy place to stay.」

「Clean but not so nice. Very old and creaky. Wish I would have noticed, NO elevator!」

「Clean very nice」

「浴室僅提供沐浴洗髮雙效乳，其他牙刷牙膏要自備。地點，服務都蠻好的，覺得方便舒適。」

「Very good accommodation in good location. Very straightforward self check in. Staff very helpful and available via text. Lovely clean and spacious room.」

「Check-in process easy, and we were sent the required access codes on the afternoon of the start of our stay. Very clean, plenty of hot water and comfortable bed. Kitchenette has enough equipment for making simple meals. Sound insulation between the floors could be better, as we could hear footsteps from the flat above, but it did not cause us any inconvenience. Only a couple of minutes walk away from frequent bus services into the city centre. Large Tesco's and small Co-op, along with...

「I was really taken back by the size of the room (extremely small) but it was clean. The bed however was sunken in in the middle. The toilet roll holder was not fixed and fell off. I had to re-attached it. I locked the bathroom door when I had a shower and really panicked when I couldn't unlock it which wasn't pleasant. The walls are paper thin and I could hear everything eg others walking or using the bathroom. For the cost I thought it was very expensive. 」

「The room is clean and tidy. Breakfast is well prepared. Landlady arranged late check in for us. But there is no hot water for shower. Because it was 23:00, we can’t call the landlady so we tried to email them but failed. In the morning, I tried to ask Hotels.com to help me, in the chat room the staff was not helpful. 」

「Great room with space to spare. Power shower hot water was good. Bed comfy. Wish there was also a sheet, not just a duvet/doonah. Too hot in summer for a duvet! Do-able walk from city centre, or bus public transport. Quiet street. Good breakfast, worth the £10.」

「The Rocks Bed & Breakfast is located on a beautiful, quiet piece of property and offers all the comforts of home. The room is spacious, with it's own unsuited and a king-sized bed. Not to mention the wonderful breakfast that is freshly prepared each morning. The owners are warm and incredibly accommodating, you truly feel right at home. I would definitely book there again!」
