「Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed it. Room was great, the staff we met were super nice, the location and neighborhood were fantastic!」

「Great location and views and staff person that assisted me virtually was friendly and responsive.」

「Staff were nice. Room was clean. The location was quite good. The pool was a little hard to find but pool was clean. We had a great time staying at the hotel.」

「The only complain I have is that they are not super strict with their quiet times. At least from what I have noticed. People were laughing and talking on high volumes past 11 pm; I was waking up multiple times through the night from someone's stomping on the floor. But the hostel itself is amazing. Multiple washrooms with showers, you can book private room, shower gel and shampoo provided, along with towels (need to pay for extra). Located in pretty...interesting spot of the city, let's say...

「Best hotel I've ever been to. Staff are super professional and provided excellent service.」

「The valet damaged my car’s transmission. He didn’t know how to drive a manual and never mentioned it, manage to rev the engine into the red and stall in front of me.

「The hotel is beautifully designed but unfortunately the service/hospitality felt like an afterthought. On the first morning we realized there was only decaf coffee in our room. It took a full hour to get caffeinated coffee brought to the room and we ended up ordering room service to make this happen. The tablet in our room was not charged making this even more difficult. The room was also not refreshed outside of making the bed (dirty towels and dirty cups were left, water was not refilled). A...

「Excellent location and nice amenities for a reasonable price. Within walking distance to some of Toronto's best attractions.」

「It near to Chinatown and near to downtown. Also, you might find out it is easy to access. Yet, I have faced there has party in hotel. And the party place is the main lobby, and I have to access and pass through many people. On the other hand, the hotel room seems not enough light to me. Therefore, I think for those not accept for very dark at night, you might not love this hotel.」

「A very clean space, prompt customer service」
