Hotel was nice, reminds me of Mama Shelter hotel. The terrace was closed for private events the whole time we stayed but it’s have been nice to sit out there for breakfast etc. Location is convenient for Ossington but is a long walk to downtown area.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! I'm a night owl so often out of the room a bit later in the day, and many hotels, it's tough to get service after a certain point. They didn't miss a day, and the cookies at night were a lovely (and delicious) touch. Staff was always super helpful, on-premises restaurant and bar was lovely, and the room was nice, spacious, and clean. Would definitely put this high on my list to stay again! Thanks!

Such a vibe. Swanky but friendly with a lot to do right at the hotel. Outdoor patio for breakfast was perfect - staff was professional and welcoming. We will definitely stay again.

The rooms were very comfy and artistically decorated. The front desk very helpful and friendly. To note only that the hotel has no parking area in front of the lobby and the unloading/loading process can be a little hectic with busy traffic around. Car parking is in a public car park around a block away.

The staff were lovely and the hotel has a cool unique vibe. But I was in the heritage wing and there is an outdoor patio right outside. The walls/windows are not soundproof at all, so it was extremely loud at night when there was conversations and music playing until quite late. Not something the hotel can control but something to be aware of if you end up in that wing.
