「Once the people above us finally settled down for the night, it was so quiet & wonderfully dark in our room. However, the first morning, we awoke for Spring 2026 HPMKT to zero power in our room! My daughter & I got ready in the dark & the front desk clerk simply added us to the list & said, Well, we don’t have anyone around, so we’ll see…. Not my idea of customer care. 」

「For the price and short notice it was just "ok". Room smelled like smoke. I had to sign a waiver about paying $500 if I smoked in the room, but clearly others have, so I understand. There was even a cigarette burn in the comforter. The door didn't close properly (seemed as is the door had been kicked in before or something). I had to get my keycard reprogrammed more than 3 times (the cards were NOT kept near my phone). There was no iron in the room and the curtains were falling down and there...

「This is a new Hampton Inn and the rooms are nicely furnished. The breakfast is as you would expect - basics - fruit, eggs, cereal, waffles, etc... The staff was very helpful when we checked in and were able to answer questions during our stay. Conveniently located to Kernersville, the airport, etc...」

「I stay at the Atrium for all of my trips to High Point. It is convenient to the University and all area stores and restaurants. My room is always clean and comfortable.」

「The room did not lock, so any one could walk in from the hallway. We happily locked with dead bolts and took our entire luggage and everything with us each day! Looked online and found out this is against the law, to have a door that does not lock. So not staying here again, which is unfortunate because it was a nice hotel. It was very scary knowing the first night anyone could have walked in.」
