"This property was exquisite! Beautifully decorated, well appointed, attentive staff to all requests.....the location was perfect and walkable to many restaurants, shops, and sights. Our window looked right upon St. Peter's church where I could have coffee in the window seat and watch the horse drawn carriages pass by below. We arrived to our suite (lavish and decadently decorated) to a surprise bottle of champagne, macaroons, and treats for our stay. We LOVED our stay."

"I enjoyed staying at the hotel the staff was very helpful especially serving staff at the breakfast bar and reception staff. The location was very convenient to access to tourist attractions. However I would like to mentioned a few negatives the bathroom hand soap and Shower gel was mixed with water and we had to ask to get this change it happened second time as well. We have twos rooms. Also facial tissues was scares. These are little things that a property like yours should get right. It’s the basics. I was also disturbed sitting in the lobby on Aug 8th overhearing an upset guest addressing one of your female employees with regards to checking in where there was an issue. The response from hotel staff lack compassion and understanding of the guest s concerns. She said “I do not have a solution for you”. I would not have said that it does not matter how ugly it gets. I would have said how I do better? These are situations that separates a good hotel to excellent one! You should do better!! Regards"

"he hotel was newly opened, so everything felt brand new. It came with a balcony and a nice kitchen with fridge plus free coffee and pastries in the morning. The day I arrived was scorching hot — 38 degrees outside — and I was sweaty by the time I got there. I was so relieved to walk into a room that was already cool, with the AC running. I really enjoyed staying in such a beautiful room and would have loved to stay a few more nights there!"

"The Hotel has a very dated feel. Everything is well maintained but the wear and tear is evident. The parking garage they advertise was a nightmare. Their garage is not close by in the first place but when you factor in all the one way streets you need to drive through, it easily becomes a 5 minute plus drive. When their garage is full they send you to another garage which is a maze itself. I would not recommend this for anyone with a car."
