"The room we had was a suite. The couch was missing its back cushions and instead had two small roll throw pillows that weren’t even the length of more than half of the couch. The chair was so stained it was disgusting! Good in the crevices! The king size bed was very hard and uncomfortable!! The heat in the room was set at 62! The smell of pot was thick all over the place. People were letting kids run up and down the hall. They were in the hall loudly talking and laughing right by the doors. We picked this hotel because we were spending our last night with our grandson who lives in IN as we live in WI, and we wanted to enjoy our last night by taking him swimming. The pool was so cold it was impossible for me to even put more than my feet in! The stone around the pool was cold to where my feet felt uncomfortably cold! The air in the pool room was even COLD!!! We didn’t get to take our grandson swimming! This place is run by people who want to be as cheap as possible! They don’t care about the comfort! The young girls working were kind and did contact the “manager?” And he used the excuse that he had to clean the pool earlier and it takes so long to heat the water. The room would have NOT been so cold if the pool had been warm at some point!!!!! This was one of the worst experiences and hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Oh yeah, the bathroom faucet wouldn’t stay on. I had to fold a wash cloth and put it under the handle to keep it propped up so we could use it! Don’t go there! "

"There were no l Towels hand towels or washcloths I. Our shower did not have hot water. The room was dirty the hallway was dirty. The ice machine was broke. "

"We did check in at 1:30 AM and got an accessible room. We asked to change rooms and told none were available but they weren’t sold out. ? It was cleaned the next day and forgot all Towels. When we called to ask for towels we were told “they are probably in the dryer and will come up pretty soon.” "

"Parking was terrible, had to park around the building in the back of the hotel. Tons of people sitting outside smoking and drinking on the property. The blow dryer wasn’t working in the room: Wasn’t offered another room the maintenance person came to the room an repaired the blow dryer in the room while we were in the room for almost an hour which made me feel very uncomfortable.Then the lights went out from about 3am to 7am!!!! No apologies nor accommodations nor even an explanation! Doors slapping all night with the neighbors in/out the room. Not sure what was going on but it was way too much action in that building. Just loud and noisy both night I stayed there, The rooms are old and outdated. It doesn’t smell clean nor fresh in the rooms. I’ll never ever book with this hotel again. "

"Staff gave us a nice quiet room .. thanks so much! Breakfast left a lot to be desired. No yogurt variety.. no oatmeal variety.. rolls were dry.. no fruit variety.. no meat or egg variety.. pretty blah.. kids had taken over pool we couldn’t get in.."
