"We were going to a concert at the O2 and we would normally stop in central London and get the boat down. This time we thought we would try The Intercontinental as it was next door. So glad we did, getting back to our room after a five minute walk was amazing. All the staff were very friendly and down to earth even though it was a top class hotel.
