「We had high hopes for this property, we stayed at one out in Minneapolis and it was fabulous. This locations could use an update, the rooms were dated and you could tell from about the 60s with small updates in hardware and furniture from the 80s/90s. Unfortunately, we will not be back any time soon as the beds and pillows were awful. We will save our money and stay the Best western plus. 「Great location in the heart of the city. So many amazing places to eat and shop within walking distance. LOVED this hotel and its energy. We arrived on a Saturday night and there was a DJ and dance party happening in the lobby. We stayed on the 8th floor and it was perfectly quiet. Nice size room (Double queen). Great Shower. I will definitely stay again when I'm in Greenville. 」

「The property was very nice and well maintained. Quiet hotel and I would stay again. The staff was amazing. Very nice and quick to respond. There was a small incident with linen on one bed. Staff quickly brought up a change. Not sure if this was a weekend thing, but breakfast was $10.00 per person. Not really expecting that. The breakfast was okay and the item that stood out were the potatoes. Overall good stay, clean and safe. 」
