「The only thing I didn’t like was the fact we were given a handicap room. I did not request this. There was no working lock on the bathroom door. Also, the security lock on the entrance door was broke. Other than that, everything else was fine.」

We ended up switching rooms as the first room we checked into had dirty towels in the bathroom, a handprint on the bathroom wall, and smear of dirt in the shower. There was also a small piece of ceiling hanging down. The staff was apologetic and gave us a new room, which was far cleaner, however a burn hole in one of the comforters was immediately noticeable and the bathroom counter had a gritty feel to it. 「The hotel is obviously an older property, however it has been recently updated. The hotel was clean, quiet, and met all of our needs perfectly. We had no problems at the location, it was a good experience. We have family in the area that we travel to see a few times a year. We will continue to use this hotel in years to come.」
